Terms of Service

By engaging Jin Hong's services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all services including custom sculptures, luxury displays, theme park scenery, and global delivery services.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, with changes taking effect immediately upon posting.

Jin Hong provides comprehensive custom manufacturing services including:

• Custom sculptures and collectible figurines with high-precision detail restoration
• Luxury window displays and exhibition props for premium brands
• Theme park scenery and custom installations
• 3D modeling, 3D printing, and design consultation services
• Global logistics including air and sea freight with door-to-door delivery

All projects begin with a detailed consultation and quotation process. Custom quotes are provided based on project specifications, materials, complexity, and delivery requirements.

Quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified. Orders are confirmed upon receipt of signed agreement and initial payment as outlined in the project proposal.

Changes to approved designs may incur additional costs and timeline adjustments, which will be communicated and approved before implementation.

Payment schedules are established per project and typically follow this structure:

• 30-50% deposit upon order confirmation
• Progress payments during production milestones
• Final payment before shipment

Late payments may incur additional charges. All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise specified.

Jin Hong maintains strict quality control standards throughout the manufacturing process. All materials meet BV environmental standards and international certification requirements.

Quality inspections are conducted at multiple stages, and clients receive progress updates and approval checkpoints for major milestones.

Any quality issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery for resolution consideration.

Clients retain ownership of their original designs and intellectual property. Jin Hong respects all trademark, copyright, and proprietary rights.

Jin Hong retains the right to showcase completed projects in marketing materials unless confidentiality agreements specify otherwise.

Clients warrant that they have the necessary rights to authorize production of requested items and will indemnify Jin Hong against any intellectual property claims.

Jin Hong provides comprehensive logistics solutions including air freight, sea freight, and door-to-door delivery services to over 50 countries worldwide.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by customs, weather, or other factors beyond our control. Title and risk of loss transfer upon shipment unless otherwise agreed.

Clients are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees in their destination country.

Jin Hong's liability is limited to the value of the specific order. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages including lost profits or business interruption.

Our maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific project in question.

Order cancellations must be submitted in writing. Cancellation terms depend on project stage:

• Before production begins: Deposit minus 10% administrative fee
• During production: Payment for completed work plus materials
• After production completion: Full payment required
